ADF Rebels get a new commander

admin | July 20, 2015

Following the arrest of ADF leader, Jamil Mukulu, the force has reportedly started re-organizing under the command of a new head.

According to the police spokesperson, Fred Enanga, the force is now being commanded by one Musa Baluku deputized by Hood Lukwago.

Enanga says the group is now camped in Northern Kivu, while others have gone back to their original camps in several provinces like Orientale in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

He explained that police together with other security agencies have now deployed along the Uganda- DRC borders but so far no threat has been detected.
