Court has ruled that Adam Kalungi has a case to answer. Kalungi is a key suspect in the murder of former Butaleja woman MP Cerinah Nebanda.
Makindye Court Chief Magistrate Esther Nambayo has ruled that Kalungi and his co-accused must defend themselves on the various allegations raised by the witnesses.
The suspects are expected to begin their defence on November for 25th to 29th Kalungi and five others are charged with manslaughter, unlawful possession of narcotic drugs, dispensing and supplying drugs that caused the death of the former legislator.
They allegedly committed the offences on 14th December 2012 at Buziga in Kampala.
