The 9th parliament has been criticized for failure to perform to the expectations of Ugandans.
The Director of Programs Uganda Debt Net Work Julius Kapwepwe says the August house did not discuss several reports and petitions presented.
He says 36 reports and 40 petitions were presented to parliament from various regions across the country, but they were not discussed.
Kapwepwe now says the 10th parliament will inherit a huge task and must ensure it accomplishes it.
He adds that the citizens must continue demanding accountability from their leaders.
