Police in Kabale is investigating circumstances under which a sixty year-old woman was murdered.
The woman identified as Mauda Bakundente a resident of Rwingongo cell Kyabuhangwa parish Kamwezi was reportedly asked by unknown people to give them directions to Runoni church of Uganda, which she accepted.
She was however murdered some 200 meters from the church.
Police say they are investigating the case.
