Over 4,000 students are likely to miss out on their graduation at Kyambogo University after failing to clear their tuition fees.
This comes as the university administration maintains that all fees must be cleared before the 2-day graduation ceremony that kicks off on the 25th Feb.
The university spokesperson Lawrence Madete says this is a university policy approved by the council and cannot be reversed.
He says such students have continuously caused financial loss to the university which in turn has affected service delivery.
