Yosamu Balyaruha 32, a resident of Busowe village in Kilumba Sub County in Rakai district has been arrested for reportedly defiling his 5 year old step daughter.

According to the victim’s mother Josephine Nalukwago, Baryaruha took advantage of her absence from home to sexually assault her step daughter.
