Uganda remains firm on it’s position on the anti-gay law.
This comes as
western countries continue to actualize their threats to cut aid to Uganda over the same.
The latest is the US government that has cut funding worth Shs.16 billion and Shs.7 billion to the religious council and tourism sector respectively.
However, speaking to Kfm the spokesperson of the foreign affairs ministry spokesperson Fred Opolot has said that what is needed is to build capacity for self-sustenance.
