The Prime Minister has directed ministry of finance to look for funds and get a ferry for Lake Bunyonyi

The Prime Minister Dr.Ruhakana Rugunda has directed the ministry of finance to look for funds to procure a ferry that will operate on Lake Bunyonyi in Kabale district.
The directive follows complaints from Kabale district woman Member of Parliament Catherine Ndamira about the increasing number of accidents on this lake.
Ndamira said that people still use ordinary canoes for transport on this lake, which has resulted in fatal accidents especially at night
Dr Rugunda says the minister of finance should fast-track the process of procuring a new modern ferry that can ease transport on this lake
