Sudhir Ruparelia Grilled Over Kololo SSS Land

The sect committee investigating the grabbing of school land in Kampala has today grilled city business man Sudhir Ruparelia on how he acquired a lease on Kololo senior secondary school pitch.

The members led by Wilfred Nuwagaba and Theodore Ssekikubo today learnt that Kampala city parents school owned by Sudhir acquired a lease and the title of the pitch from the Uganda Land Commission without protecting the interests Kololo SSS.

However the committee has directed Sudhir to enter into an easement agreement with the board of directors of Kololo, which will protect their interests on the land and continued usage of the pitch land.

However Sudhir appealed to members of parliament to let the development of the pitch to go on since it will benefit the two schools and the community.
