Stranded Ugandans Not Forgotten, PM Rugunda

Government says it is doing all it can to help out the remaining Ugandans in South Sudan.

Over 3000 Ugandans were rescued from the troubled country by the UPDF following clashes between president salvir Kiir and rival forces of Riek Machar in the capital Juba.

There are however, reports of more Ugandans stranded in places like Bor who are calling for government’s intervention to facilitate their safe return home.

The Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda says the government is working with South Sudan to ensure safety of these Ugandans.
