All is set for Rwandans in Uganda to vote tomorrow.
Rwandans in diaspora across the world are set to cast their ballots tomorrow ahead of the main election in Rwanda on Friday 4th August 2017.
Addressing journalists at the country’s High Commission in Kampala this morning, Rwanda’s Ambassador to Uganda Maj Gen Frank Mugambagye has urged members of the Rwandan community in Uganda to come out and exercise their right to vote.
He says all the necessary preparations have been made to ensure a free and fair election with the required logistics in place.
Voting is set to kick off at 7am at the Rwanda high commission located at Plot No. 2, Nakaima Road, Kitante.
In the race are three candidates; Paul Kagame of the RPF, Frank Habineza from the Green Party of Rwanda and Philip Mpayimana an independent candidate.
