IGP allays fears after recent breaking of the Government Analytical Lab

The inspector general of Police Martin Okoth Ochola has allayed fears of disruption in investigations following a recent breaking of the Government Analytical Lab in Wandegeya.

Unknown people two weeks ago broke into the facility and made away with some unspecified items, raising fears that this could affect a number of ongoing investigations by police.

However the inspector general addressing journalists said no valuable exhibit was taken, giving assurance that the force is progressing well with the various investigations
