Head teacher locked up

In Kitgum district, angry Primary Seven candidates of Kitgum Matidi Primary School have locked up their head teacher in his house on allegations of embezzling funds contributed for UNEB registration.

The head teacher has been identified as Agee Mathias Kisembo.

The over 70 pupils claim to have paid money meant for their Form X, identity cards and passport photos early last term, but the head teacher has failed to produce proof of payment.

The head master has now been taken to Kitgum Central Police Station for interrogation.
