The High court in Kampala has today heard that the murder police file of former CPS DPC Aaron Baguma and pine car bond proprietor Muhammad Ssebuufu has since gone missing and the DPP is now unable to commence with their trial.
This has been revealed by state prosecutor Fatuma Nakafeero to justice Flavia Anglin Ssenoga to whom the case has been allocated .
Nakafeero has now asked justice Ssenoga to grant DPP more time so that he can trace for the police file so that the accused can take plea and witnesses summoned.
Justice Ssenoga has now adjourned the case to next year -10th /January/ 2018 for hearing .
Baguma and Ssebufu are charged with the kidnap, murder and robbery of a business woman Donah Betty Katushabe in October 2015 over an accumulated 9 million shillings debt worth a car purchase from pine car bond.
The duo and their 7 co-accused are however out on bail .
