All the suspects whose names could not be disclosed by police for security purposes were arrested yesterday by officers from Police Flying Squad at Kongowo Guest House located at Tax Park village near the scene of crime.
Stephen Labu, the proprietor of the Guest House confirmed that five young men and three young women were arrested.

The same officers later got a fatal accident on their way back to Mbale.
Business in the town has started although people are still gripped in fear. The show saw a small turn up of people at night even after security had been improved with more officers on guard and patrol.
