Archbishop Ntagali Not Happy With Clergy

The archbishop of the Church of Uganda Stanley Ntagali has lashed out at lazy clergy saying they are holding back their personal as well as church development.

This comes at the time the church is struggling to get decent to address the welfare challenges faced by many of the priests.

The archbishop says the Church of Uganda has vast land across Uganda, but many clergy are not using it to engage in commercial farming but have instead opted to depend on local communities for food and other handouts.

He adds that although the Church has a comprehensive strategy to improve standards of leaving for all churches, individual clergy must as devise means to utilize the available church resources to improve the quality of their lives.
